Therapy can feel intimidating. Innately, we know that there are thoughts and feelings about ourselves and our lives we’d rather not experience, so we keep them pushed down. Therapy is an invitation to work through things that feel practically unthinkable.

I help clients work through what holds them back in the context of a safe and supportive relationship.

Maybe you carry a feeling of numbness or constant anxiety. It could be that your relationships lack depth and intimacy. However your symptoms manifest, we can address them in a manageable, effective manner.
